Millions of dollars in military aid that’s at the heart of the ongoing impeachment inquiry still has not yet reached Ukraine, the Los Angeles Times reported.
8% of allocated funds are held up. Seems a bit of a strain to harp about 8% of any disbursement experiencing a bit of a delay.
Is anyone else detecting a pattern here?
The Trump adminstration lost any benefit of the doubt when they tried to extort Ukraine. Any delay without a clear and convincing explanation is now suspect.

Well wasn’t there a letter released from the legal counsel of the OMB saying that holds were because OMB had to determine if Ukraine had fulfilled their promises of cleaning up corruption?
I seem to remember that the DoD and the State Dept. had done their respective analysis and determined that Ukraine was good to go. Who invited the OMB into the review process?

It’s real easy to ‘lose’ millions in gov’t disbursements, I realize, but this is Trump, and he can’t resist siphoning some of those tax dollars into his pocket.

Trump’s pocketing of tens of millions in inauguration monies is a scandal that has gone criminally ignored by law enforcement.
And it is revealed today that Congressionally approved funds for Lebanon have been held up also. Is Trump diverting any of these monies for his border wall??
When Trump loses, the RNC will be bankrupt any deny that Trump ran off with their money.
Being the generous person, he will aid the RNC in finding a bankruptcy attorney .
That’s exactly what I’m thinking. The money isn’t being withheld. Trump simply stole it, because, hey, who’s going to believe that an American President would do that?
The money being held back is the vig, they take it right off the top. Price of doing business, ya know?

It isn’t at all easy if they haven’t been disbursed. After the disbursement is another story, depending on what the deliverables are.
This isn’t new news; reported in late November. Guess it’s just hitting the news cycle- again.
Perhaps these funds are set aside for Giuliani and his Russian buddies.
