Here’s the thing, they could arrest him in NJ where he’ll be all summer or they could simply wait for him to travel to some other state where they wouldn’t have this problem. Hell, they could probably get him to fly to NYC if they promised him some award. This is a solution in search of a problem.

It will be interesting to see if Trump remains at the shutdown Mar a Lago through the summer out of fear of indictment. Not being surrounded by adoring fans will drive him nuts.

Also, will this keep him from holding the rallies we are always being told are “coming soon”?

ETA: his secret service protection will add a wrinkle to this. Would Biden pull protection for a fugitive from justice?

An indictment would bolster the cause of decency and strike a blow against the Orange junta. As for extradition, this is a state matter. But I just wonder what wild results from a federal indictment. Could RICO come into play?
