Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA) said on Tuesday that a report that Rep. Ted Yoho (R-FL) had used offensive language in an altercation with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Monday amounted to a “verbal assault,” and there would “be a response.”
The House of Representatives is expressly authorized to censure within the United States Constitution (Article I, Section 5, clause 2). In the House of Representatives, censure is essentially a form of public humiliation carried out on the House floor .
Poor, sad Ted. He was having such a good time with his asshole buddies vandalizing the country. Then the “fucking bitches” took away their majority. No fun at all, now. Too hard. Had to quit. Sad.

Here in Pennsylvania, the local police would consider this type of verbal assault, “harassment,” bordering on “terroristic threats.” Both misdemeanors, but at least YOHO would be held accountable for his stupid attack on AOC.
