Such fraud has been carefully studied.

It’s less than 5% and it would cost more than it would gain if pursued.

Get real!

The thing that gets me is that JDV was only Senator for little over 2 years. And before he ran for the US Senate worked for Narya Capital. So whatever one thought of Mike Pence, at least Mike had 6 terms as experience as Rep. in Congress.
So to sum up we have a POTUS who still doesn’t follow the job description. We have a VP with very little experience of being a public servant. And let us not forget that the current Speaker of the House is a teeny tiny doormat.

There are California taxpayers and American taxpayers who are being defrauded

How does the blue state California medicaid fraud measure up against the red state Florida medicare fraud that Rick Scott oversaw? Florida taxpayers and American taxpayers were actually defrauded when HCA falsely billed Medicare and violated federal anti-kickback laws. Scott walked away from the fraud with a severance package that included $10 million in cash and over $300 million in Columbia/HCA stock and options. Will Newsom and other blue state governors be punished as harshly as Scott?

I don’t understand why they haven’t yet called in a Medicare fraud expert, like Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL).

I’m surprised Rethugliklans aren’t more gung-ho about spending a fortune on Putin’s Cock-holster’s ballroom. Don’t they know they’re jeapardising their coveted invitations to the twice-weekly “Dancing with the Tsars” soirees?

The settlement they paid was $1.7 billion. Makes you wonder what it might have been if HCA had been dumb enough to take it to trial.

Is there anything that this regime does (including this) that doesn’t involve various level of fraud?
