And they’re trying to do it while they are also aiding and abetting the dismantling of our Constitution by the administration. They hope to convince the idiot hordes that the judiciary that wasn’t installed by McConnell is “Deep State”. That makes it easier to remove anyone who doesn’t toe the line.

They are TELLING the Judge to ignore one of two things;

  1. Multiple Confessions of GUILT by the Defendant.
  2. PERJURY by the Defendant by pleading Guilty Multiple Times IN COURT, UNDER OATH, IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE.

So, take your pick.

True. Yet this move signals to me at least that they are quite scared. Scared since they had not anticipated this great move by the judge and his speed in bringing in a special judge to assist. These fools are always one step behind as they think they are invulnerable and invincible. The judge made them quake in their boots in fear that Trumpy-boy will roll their heads for not putting this behind them but instead made things far worse. Now, the whole shebang will be dragged out for months to come with appeals by both sides, further infuriating the Stable Genius,
