The people being paid to foment anarchy are Trump and the GOP. It is the only hope that they, their plutocratic kleptocracy and the white suptemacist christian dominionist regime have of surviving demographic shifts that represent an existential threat to their dreamed of permanent minority-rules white christian hegemony.
