100% agree. I have no doubt that the GOP employ psychologists, sociologists and psychiatrists. Their messaging plays like a psy-op. This is what Democrats need to do as well. They need to learn how to communicate to elicit response…at the polls, I mean. Fear/hatemongering work! They just do. I loathe that they do, but they just do. This is the tenor the messaging has to take.
The challenge? Liberals are generally free thinkers. Hard to embellish on us.

If there’s any doubt about Heritage Foundation’s agenda for public radio, you need to listen to the interview that On The Media did with them.
He (Heritage Foundation) complained about NPR’s Liberal Bias (aka reporting the facts), and how they did not give more time to conservative claims (aka lies). NPR should just go away, and “the Market” will step in where there’s actual need/demand.

I understand that right wing Republicans want to convert the Kennedy Center into the Pedo Hall of Fame. Our apex pedo, adjudicated rapist, daughter-dater, and psycho has seized the leadership of the Kennedy Center. He is going to induct himself and his friend Jeffrey into the PHoF. There will be a full wing for pedo procurers, traffickers, and pimps like Ghislaine and the Einstein-level model, dancer, pedo-magnet and anchor baby momma.

If we help out these irresponsible voters in their far flung locations by protecting them from the consequences of their actions, they will never learn. Wasn’t their hero himself that said the famous words “there must be a consequence.”
I, for one, don’t wish for those people to bear the discomfort of living in “a nanny state.” That’s not fair to them. If I were to interve against their self owned consequences, I am treating them as less than intelligent, and thus I would be preventing them from achieving their own greatness. They must learn from their mistakes and consequences in order to become fully actualized humans or citizens.

And as a Californian, I am espeicially sensitive to the fact that the surplus (more goes out than what we get back) we send to the federal govenment goes to support Red states and have secret police taking over our cities in response to peaceful protests.

Is there any chance that a combination of individual donors, foundations and mega donors could step in to save NPR & PBS? MSNBC has deteriorated since the split with NBC. Rather than feature second tier anchors and hire new ones, it would be good if they could pick up some of the CPB’s programs.
