Prosecutors Request ‘Special Master’ To Sift Through Evidence Seized From Giuliani

Remember when Giuliani said he had “insurance” he could use if he got thrown under the bus? I hope it’s all there.

I don’t know. People may come up for parole quite regularly and actually never leave jail.

The shit is rising. Waist deep pretty soon and no way to turn off the tap.

And moving on to a nice little media career.

In six months the question will be “Who dis Trumpf guy?”
No fb, no Twitter, no Trumpf.

This isn’t any different than what happened with Cohen, there will be more than enough incriminating data to proceed with a criminal case against Rudy. He will of course say he was acting under Trumps orders and was acting as a government official and has “executive privilege” coverage.

A rare sighting!

I think you have the right perspective. FB’s Board said permanent banning is not allowed by their rules hence the term suspension. In the case of Trump I doubt they ever let him back. He’ll be up for a review in 6 months but his yak just today say’s he hasn’t changed a bit. He still spews election lies and fans fires. Unless he changes he’s suspended forever and he aint never changing.

As I understand it, that’s not what the board said. FB permanently bans accounts all the time. What they said was that there shouldn’t be a nebulous policy like indefinite ban, because there was no official policy for that. FB has to fish or cut bait – either ban Trump permanently or reinstate his account.

That’s where I got it. CNN

The question is, whose perception?

And is the intended audience inclined to perceive something different, whether due to natural inclination or cultural identity?

The attorneys are undoubtedly aware there is a cohort that will never believe it’s not a partisan witch hunt. So efforts have to be made to get through that - or demonstrate their perceptions are not grounded in reality.
