There is a lot of damage to inventory at State. And the world has moved on from a self-absorbed US as a result. The RCEP trade pact covers a third of humanity, and more importantly integrates China-Japan-South Korea unlike any previous deal. Diplomatically and image wise, Trump did not make America great again, he made us a laughing stock.
He just needs a hand trowel since his head is so small.

Pompeo’s response perfectly encapsulates the Trump administration and GOP’s position on right/wrong, norms, and traditions. The only curb to their activity they even give lip serve to honoring is whether it is explicitly illegal versus everything else.
Again, I’ll say watch what they DO, not what they SAY they’ll do.
Each and every Trump-controlled facet of this gov’t will be, to one extent or another, sabotaging the Biden/Harris administration.
