Poll: Maryland Voters Now Split On Gay Marriage Legislation | Talking Points Memo

Voters in Maryland are split on whether or not to uphold the state’s gay marriage legislation, according to a poll released Monday from OpinionWorks. The poll, commissioned by The Baltimore Sun and surveying 801 voters, showed support for repealing legislation at 47 percent, with opposition to the repeal at 46 percent. The poll had a margin of error at 3.5 percent.
