I’m not super well-connected to the Democratic party here in Colorado, but I have been a volunteer here in Denver. My sense is that party stalwarts long ago soured on Polis. This is only the latest. If he ever runs for anything again here in Colorado I doubt it will be as a Democrat.

People like Peters–folks who play fast and loose with our election system–don’t deserve mercy, IMO. I liken her to Misty Hampton here in Georgia, who sadly was never even brought to trial. That doesn’t make Hampton–or Peters–any less despicable, in my book.
