Points For Trying? WH Says Trump’s ‘Intent’ Is To Tell The Truth

In a predictably testy exchange with CNN reporter Jim Acosta Thursday, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany dodged when asked whether President Trump has ever outright “lied” to the American public.

We all know he’s doing his best to tell the truth. And he’s succeeding as well as he does at everything else-- and better than some.

So… she is calling him dumb?

Sure it is.

You know Kayleigh dear intent only matters when you make the mistake once. When you your intent has failed over 18,000 times, then the American people feel you’re not really trying.

So President Dunning-Kruger intends to tell the truth at all times, but he’s just too incompetent to actually do it those 18,000-and-counting times?

Well, OK then.

One lie is a tragedy. 18000+ is a statistic.

His intent is indubitably inept and inert and invisible, insofar as he’s incredibly insane.

Trump has no intentions regarding the truth. Truth is not a consideration in any way.

Adderall Dollhands isn’t even a casual acquaintance of Truth.

And Kayleigh McEnany isn’t half the woman Sarah Huckabee was.

(No – I mean literally half the woman.)

He’s proven to be competent at killing Americans and trashing the economy.

Putin must be so proud.

Prettier than Sarah Huckabee Sanders, a bigger liar than Sean Spicer, not nearly as drunk as Stephanie Grisham. Trump has hit the jackpot with this savvy pick for his press secretary.

Trump plans to sign an executive order later Thursday seemingly designed to punish social media companies for what McEnany and others have claimed is “bias” against conservatives.

Thereby equating a “bias against lies” with a “bias against conservatives”.

I think Stephen Colbert made that point some time ago.

This should go well, as Deflection Dotard dissembles again…

Well, to be fair, either was Sean Spicer…

And, you know, he almost did tell the truth that one time (you all know what I’m talking about, right?) so that proves he’s trying. Just give him time folks. He get it right… at least once… someday?
