A U.S. Park Police helicopter airlifted a man in a basket from the Washington, DC Navy Yard on Monday, the Associated Press reported. A shooting situation at the Naval Sea Systems Command headquarters inside the Yard reportedly left at least ten shot and at least four dead Monday morning.
