Furious over the killing of a U.S. citizen at the hands of an ICE agent in Minneapolis, former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura slammed President Donald Trump as a “draft-dodging coward” who has “destroyed the Constitution.”
Ventura, an independent, former wrestler and Vietnam veteran, was at his high school alma mater Thursday to show support for it after ICE descended on the school the same day Renee Nicole Good was killed by an ICE agent.
Asked if he had a message for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz or Trump, Ventura criticized the president.
“Who is that? You mean the draft dodging coward? I don’t call him by name,” Ventura told reporters outside Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis. “He’s the draft dodging coward, who when it was his time to serve his country, he did what all rich white boys did. I wasn’t a rich white boy. I grew up in south Minneapolis. Most of me and all my friends are Vietnam veterans.
“We had to go,” Ventura continued. “But the rich white boys never had to go, did they? And he didn’t have to go, did he? And yet he’s gonna tell me what courage is?”
Ventura condemned Good’s killing, which he characterized as murder. ICE maintained the agent shot Good in self-defense.
“Freedom is not arresting people without warrants. We have a system here. It’s called a Constitution, and we have a party – the Republicans – who don’t seem to want to abide by the Constitution. Jan. 6 is a prime example of that. And now [Jan. 6 defendants are] all free and they’re in charge,“ Ventura said.

I notice, over and over again, in these pictures and in what’s happening across the country, everything is a head shot these days. 1st pic, guy puts his head down, top of helmet is sprayed.
Scroll down, guy is maybe 3 feet away. Pepper ball gun is raised above where the manufacturer instructs and training is supposed to have been. If he’s going to fire, it will be to the head/face
Renee Good, of course, was three shots to the head.
When this was all starting, it was confirmed ICE was using the PepperBall brand of weapons. You can see the PepperBall gun, it’s the pic halfway down and you can see the ammo canister on top of the gun
From their manual:

Well, you get the point. And enough people have posted their training, which has been in place for years is the same. No, was the same. They are all going for head shots these days. Their training has changed.

In a social media post that has since been deleted, Mr. Grenell said that ending the arrangement would give the Kennedy Center the flexibility to bring in operas from around the world.
They’ve got nothing and no one to fill in for the National Opera. Oh, maybe TMF can convince Putin to send over the Bolshoi, but that’s about it. No one else will book into Kennedy Center with that POS’s name on the building.

FWIW, using a product other than in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions should make for an easier civil case against the user (and his trainer).

I beg to differ, but I think you’ve got the right general idea. ICE needs to be abolished. It’s an add-on, unnecessary organization.
But the Department of Homeland Security was a frankenstein’s monster of an organization made by stitching together several barely-related other organizations into one humongous, uncontrollable mass. Why? Because the original “parts” hadn’t sufficiently communicated with one another over the Osama bin Ladin thing.
A dumb solution to a problem that should have been solved by …duh! better communication.
Break DHS up! Let the parts go back to where they were, or where they’d better fit. Don’t destroy them all.

For what it is worth, about 400-500 ICE OUT protesters in Corvallis OR today. I hear the Renee Good shooter has moved out of his house, at fed govt expense.

These are not police officers. These are members of forces who have an entirely different duty than the actual police. They have NO BUSINESS on our streets trying to cower the civilian population, which is apparently the mission that Trump has given them.
