Omaha is not included as a full fledged member of the red state of Nebraska per their Unicameral. Their Presidential votes are divided by districts.

I’d rather think it’s the red hatters (haters) who seem to be able to get out the votes and believe all the crap that comes their way because deep down they’re just not nice people or good citizens. The “left” isn’t useless. We play fair and by the rules…to our disadvantage. Morals, integrity, honor and conscience matter to us. We’ll just have to fight harder and longer. But, we are NOT useless.

Splitting the state in the districts is a form of gerrymandering because it is prevents the Democratic voters of Omaha from combining with the Democratic voters in the other districts and giving all of Nebraska’s Electorak College votes to the Democrats even if that is the preference of a majority of the voters in the state.
