I’ve had several of these. The efficacy is difficult to predict. You get relief, for sure. Sometimes the shot can last 4-6mo., sometimes just weeks. A lot depends on the precise placement and the nature of the inflammation.
Also be prepared for a mild steroid reaction, facial flushing, restlessness, and irritability - a feeling that you want to destroy things with a cast iron skillet

Can we see this plan? Handwritten notes?
If the plan never appears to be put into action or delivers any measurable results…can we fire him? Has he been vetted by DOGE yet?

Mike Johnson is even stupider than I already thought. “He’s created these algorithms that are constantly crawling through the data.” “Crawling through the data”? What does Mikey think this means. He might as well start talking about intertubes. Beside, are the algorithms any good? Then, “…as he told me in his office, the data doesn’t lie.” Leave to the side who visited whose office. First, here’s an example of why remembering that “data” is the plural of “datum.” A datum is just a piece of information, a word in a sentence, a point on a line. A datum cannot lie since it lacks agency. But a datum may be incorrect – for instance, a number may have been entered incorrectly. But even assuming each datum is correct, data must be arranged and ordered so as to be meaningful. So, we’re back to those algorithms that Musk created in less than a month that magically arrange and order the data in not simply a, but the only meaningful way possible.
