Pennsylvania Supreme Court Sends Voter ID Law Back To Lower Court | Talking Points Memo

The state Supreme Court has vacated a lower court’s decison upholding Pennsylvania’s voter ID law and ordered the court to review the decision. The high court ruled that the lower court should evaluate whether the state is actually capable of getting identification to state voters as the law prescribes.
