Doesn’t a resignation leave us with Pence?
And what’s released will assuredly have the mark of the WH counsel, The OLC and Barr.
Hah! And pretty damn appropriate, considering his base is only held together by White Heat.
Wish her a good one from us!
Whistleblower wants to talk to Intel. Senate Intel (That’s right, Richard Burr) wants to talk to the whistleblower. McConnell gives a lukewarm answer on impeachment. Doesn’t defend Trump. Bolton stuck a blade in Trump and he’s bleeding out. Resignation chances are growing.
Don’t think anyone here disagrees with that.
It does.
Eighteen months of an uninspiring empty suit, who abets traitorous behavior but has no known history of instigating it himself, and who demonstrates no obvious and profound mental unwellness, would be a colossal step in the right direction.
Why the rush?
In what I saw of Berke he looked highly competent and particularly because Lewandowski has made it his mission to not cooperate and arrogance and disrespect (and more than a little playing to potential voters in NH).
As someone else suggested maybe those people from Mueller’s team might sign on, but I have no doubt the Dems and the counsel they choose will prevail. Not going to be cynical and disheartened even before a word has been spoken by a witness or a document examined just to show I’m a cool kid.
Pelosi is handing a big shovel to Adam Schiff. The right choice.
McConnell said something along the lines of having the House and Senate Intelligence Committee leaders and minority leaders read the whistleblower accusation in a secure room. I think the reason he would want to do that is so that team Fucka Nation (GOP) can lie/spin about what they read behind closed doors. After Democrats lost the battle to get the unredacted Mueller Report they surely will not allow anything be done behind closed doors just to be spun by the GOP.
Mueller’s attorneys, lol, all they did was refuse to leak that Muller was going to roll over and refuse to state the obvious, namely that the President had committed crimes. Their failure to leak was the only area where they shined. These attorneys apparently either agreed with, or could not find an argument against, the specious legal argument, created by crooked Nixon’s flunkeys, that a President can not be indicted. Muller’s attorneys are not anything to emulate. With attorneys like that Dems will get what they deserve.
Who gave Eeyore an iPhone?
Rs won’t surrender their brains, their reputations and their fortunes to Q-Tip. They’ll tolerate him as little as they can get away with, and he’ll be a constant reminder to the party and to the voting public that trumPP was removed from office, if it even comes to that.
Not in a hurry, just happy to have this happening and while we all think the Senate would never let it be brought up for a vote, none of us know what will happen. I figure the longer all this is front page news, the more damage the Senate will come to bear. Never say never.
Misprision Accomplished!!!
