Yeah, like seven years from now. Manafort should be treated like any other Federal Inmate. He is at the mercy of the DoJ.
If he thinks he is at risk for COVID-19, he should complain to Barr and Trump to improve prison sanitation and inmate treatment. Good luck with that, Paulie.

Manafort has been under quarantine at FCI Loretto since March 30, Downing said, “thus making him eligible to be transferred immediately.”
Or Manafort has been under quarantine, thus making a transfer unnecessary. Sounds better to me.
