The book was scheduled to be released in September, and the publisher, Zondervan, had already put together promotional material on its website. Now, just days after a flurry of publicity about the book, Zondervan has shelved the project.The book’s would-be author, Kim Washburn, told TPM that the book had been “delayed indefinitely” as of yesterday.
