Pa. Pulls Voter ID Ads After Judge Delays Law | Talking Points Memo

Pennsylvania has pulled an advertisement about voter ID requirements at the polls after a judge prevented the state from implimenting much of the law in November. Lawyers for the civil rights organizations that opposed the law asked the state to pull the ads after a judge tossed out portions of the voter ID law this week. Under the judge’s ruling, poll workers are allowed to ask for photo ID but voters can still cast a regular ballot without showing it.
