Two new polls of the Ohio Republican primary show former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum is maintaining a small lead in the race there. Santorum has a four point lead over former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney in a new Quinnipiac survey, and a two point lead in a Rasmussen snap poll contucted on Thursday.
