Rather than unveil a new policy proposal to jumpstart the economy, President Obama will use an upcoming speech on the economy Thursday to argue that he needs four more years to undo the damage done by the Bush administration, reports Reuters. He will also argue that MItt Romney will return the country to the Bush’s failed policies.
