President Obama said in an interview with ABC News that he’d “rather be a really good one-term president than a mediocre two-term president.”In an interview with Diane Sawyer for ABC’s World News, Obama acknowledged the political costs of trying to pass health care reform, but said that “there is a tendency in Washington to believe our job description, of elected officials, is to get reelected. That’s not our job description.”
