Here’s a preview. Thank you very much!

Hard to imagine he’d want it, but if so, I’m all for it!

I’ve already written one for tRump.

“Like Bette Davis, I was taught to say only good about the dead.
He’s dead. Good.”

Well. In the article he says he wouldn’t want it, but like @tgp, Obama on the Supreme Court is a thought that has occurred to me too. I like it that it’s also occurred to Biden, even if nothing ever comes of it. I think it shows the respect Biden has for Obama’s intellect and sense of justice.

But would Michelle accept the job?

If I were Obama I wouldn’t want it - it would be boring. It’s boring unless you really want to spend your time reading legal research and writing on it. Obama appears to have a more varied life and path than that one.

I hear it involves gold-plated spitoons.

He was wonderful. But I have to say a word for Pelosi too. I found her very moving, precisely because she spoke from her heart and it’s clear her heart loved John Lewis. When her voice broke, it was real and it was lovely.

Keep it short and blunt.

“Here lies Don, he once was alive and now he’s gone.”

“Praise the Lord.”

I’m going more for the bin laden announcement, that the body was pushed off the side of a boat in the middle of the night at an undisclosed location.

That’s pretty much what he said. Too monastic for him is how he put it.

Preaching Hot Coals upon their heads; a truly inspiring message in the right place and right time.

It is and he’s not. haahahahahahaha and aren’t we so glad he isn’t? He would never have been president.

The only downside to his Presidency and I knew it from the start, is that we’ll never have another president that gorgeous and elegant again in my lifetime.

You can Google up Eulogies for People You Hate. When Fat Donnie dies, the sites are sure to crash.

Obama Unchained. By that I mean a guy who ably led this country out of through some tough times admirably without whining and bitching and is far enough away from the Oval Office to finally speak his mind.

Thanks for the tip. I went and found her tribute.

Went back after hearing Obama and listened to Bush, Clinton and Pelosi speak. Thought they all did admirably. Clinton seemed to take awhile to get going, and then Pelosi. She really spoke from the heart and kept choking up which made me do the same. All so sad.

That was in 2014. He may have changed his thinking on the issue.
