Despite and in part because of the drama last week, the Trumps have ruined their lives. They’d have been better off catching leprosy, which is curable. There’s no cure for what they have now. They were ruined before, but the insurrection was the period full stop that emphasizes how deep and final it is. They’ll delude themselves about that, being Trumps, but they’re done.
