Why would he require people to wear masks NOW? The mantra is “your mask protects me, and my mask protects you”. He no longer (feels that he) needs protection… and obviously has no interest in protecting anyone else.

Exactly what I was going to say. I’m sure plenty of his staffers and other hangers on attended the rally, so it may not have come directly from the rally, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it came from someone who was at the rally.
That’s the thing about Covid, other than Herman Cain, none of the maskholes or the mass murderer governors or leaders ever seem to be get sick from it. Almost all of them are asymptomatic.

Another possibility is that he was exposed at the Tulsa rally, has actually had it since July 4th weekend, but wasn’t tested until recently…or was tested earlier, but just got the test results back.

Or a first test was false negative and he was retested as his symptoms got worse.
Bottom line, he’s killing people with his decisions and now is facing a possible lifetime of consequences. I just hope his kids stay safe…

I agree that it seems that way. But given the relatively low percent of the population that has had (symptomatic) infections, I would hazard to guess that a disproportionately HIGH number of prominent conservatives have been infected. And, obviously, more have been that we don’t know about.

Yeah, but literally the only high profile Republican in this country who has actually gotten very sick from it is Herman Cain. Given their recklessness, the number of people they’ve come into contact with who have tested positive, and the number of them that have quite obvious comorbidities, you’d think even just handful would’ve gotten sick.
