How does one consume a shake with pecans? A very wide straw??

Yeah, I read that somewhere a few days ago. I think it’s mostly based on Tesla’s stock value. He lost money buying Twitter but that’s just a minor dent in his net worth.

SpaceX is actually his most successful business in terms of future potential, especially now that Boeing has screwed up AGAIN with Starliner crew capsule delays. But SpaceX is propped up by government spending. I don’t know how profitable it is, and how much it contributes to his personal wealth.

Dude, it ain’t cosplay if you’re livin it. And representation matters, so you just made the best case yet for why Boebert, Greene, Goetz, Jordan et al have a place in congress. The fact that this segment of society has so much representation says a great deal about red states, but…

If it goes much farther to the right, it’ll fall out the corner of the building and endanger passers by below.

“Does Trump still have the document? Did Trump already return it to the National Archives? Does the document event exist or was Trump engaging in puffery on the recording? [It’s not clear]”

My immediate thought on reading that the document can’t be located is the recording was pretty damning, with Trump admitting he knew damn well that keeping it was wrong and yet chose to do it anyhow. So the “solution” was to destroy the document so they could claim he never possessed it and had just been bloviating (as normal).

Any thoughts on that possibility from the legal experts here at TPM?

Not clear Kristen Welker will do much better. NBC network news has been banned in this house for at least a year because of their “both sides” stance on everything.

When I was a kid I remember Stuckey’s made shakes with crushed pecans.

Forget the straw!

I’ve met Kurt Eichenwald, briefly. He wrote a book on Enron while I was still there. Everybody would run to the bookstore and flip to the index pages to see where they were mentioned.

We’d moved from our fancy building to some multi-tenant building that had a mall downstairs. He was at B. Dalton or something like that. I asked him if he’d planned this, he swore he didn’t

I could almost imagine the lobster shake tasting okay. Cream sauces are traditional for lobster. I just learned how to make a Newburg sauce the other day. But doing this to a decent Texas BBQ brisket is a travesty. What state is this monstrosity being sold in? I’ll bet it’s not one with traditional BBQ culture.

Yes, the precedent was (nearly) established by Judge Cannon wholly on the basis of Donnie’s attorney’s word on the matter.
