This grand jury scheme they don’t have to indict you, they can just publish a life destroying report based on the lowered standard of “preponderance of evidence”.
Rather than proving guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt” at trial, the 23-person body needs only a lower “preponderance of evidence” standard to draft a public, career-wrecking report—giving the administration the public scalp it craves.

I’m surprised they got a grand jury to indict in the first place. This has gotten so much attention locally, I doubt they’ll find a jury to do anything but exonerate.
