President Obama has opened up a sizeable lead in Nevada, 52 percent to Republican nominee Mitt Romney’s 43 percent, according to a poll from Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling (PPP) and commissioned by the League of Conservation Voters, which has endorsed Obama. But the two candidates are locked at 47 percent for Obama and 46 percent for Romney in a poll from Republican pollster Glen Bolger. The PPP poll was an automated survey, which are prohibited from calling cell phones.
