Nadler Will Miss Part Of Trial | Talking Points Memo

One of mine was a skin cancer, not uncommon in AZ, located between my left ear and eye. The other one was more serious and was in my left forearm. That one also involved lymph nodes below my bicep up to my arm pit. That was not fun.

The world is not just stranger than you think. It is stranger than you can imagine. Trump, Mo Bone Saw, Jeffrey Epstein, Iwanka, Putin, and Mitch McConnell are proof that you never underestimate the power of evil.

The room was suddenly rich and the great bay-window was
Spawning snow and pink roses against it
Soundlessly collateral and incompatible:
World is suddener than we fancy it.

World is crazier and more of it than we think,
Incorrigibly plural. I peel and portion
A tangerine and spit the pips and feel
The drunkenness of things being various.

And the fire flames with a bubbling sound for world
Is more spiteful and gay than one supposes—
On the tongue on the eyes on the ears in the palms of one’s hands—

There is more than glass between the snow and the huge roses.

I’ve lost three family members to cancer - my grandmother, my mother and my sister - straight line, all the same kind of cancer.

This is gonna be a tough haul, sir. The nation stands with you.

OT but important: the NYT is reporting that drafts of Bolton’s book say there was a quid-pro-quo, with trump linking the aid freeze to the request for a Biden investigation.

The first paragraph of the article:

President Trump told his national security adviser in August that he wanted to continue freezing $391 million in security assistance to Ukraine until officials there helped with investigations into Democrats including the Bidens, according to an unpublished manuscript by the former adviser, John R. Bolton.

After listening Saturday to the shameful concoctions of CippyCup and Suk-low, Bolton’s timing is delicious.

Let us see if Walrus’ head is heading for the figurative pike.

Thinking of you and the whole Nadler family.

Oh my word… I just wanted to leave well wishes for Mr. Nadler and his wife. I was shocked to see the vile rancor and hatred. Such spiteful comments for absolutely no reason. Despite the salty bitterness overflowing in these comments, as a “republican”, I still wish Nadler and his family well. No one should have to suffer through cancer… no one! As for the rest??? You are shining examples of the divisive contempt festering in this nation and it is sad. I feel sorry for you. Oh, I have no doubts that I will be bombard with venomous retorts and backlash… from the other comments I have read I wouldn’t expect anything else.
