I want to be snarky and remind him that he really isn’t representing the ‘party of personal responsibility’ but I really think he’s a snake oil salesman. He KNEW if he kissed up to Donnie his sales would go up and he’d be ‘one of the guys’. He exploited it. When Donnie went batsht he hung in there and proclaimed his ‘friendship’ and his ‘Christianity’ and badmouthed the ‘Left’ and lied about whatever Trump wanted him to. It’s all an ‘act’ and he is milking it, grievance and not, to the end.

The lawsuit appears quite accurate. He bought ads on Fox, then he went on Fox (and other channels) to promote his conspiracy theories, getting free advertising for his pillows. He’s going to have a tough time in court. Wait for the depositions when he has to answer questions under oath about all that proof he has.
As will be said over and over, he’s surely going to have a lot of pillows to cry on.

“Losing millions” won’t be much of a defense. Dominion is suing for damages and he’s caused damages regardless of whether it made him money.
“When I’m boycotted, people tend to buy more pillows — at least in the short term,” Lindell told Insider. “I always get a little lift for a couple of days when they attack the company. But now this time is different.”
What he knows now isn’t the same as what he thought would happen when he chose to attack Dominion. He is admitting that in the past these political ventures helped him and that he knew that.

So Dominion’s devious election fraud forced Lindell to come out and expose it. Now he’s losing money. and they’re suing him for $1.3 billion. I guess he has to counter-sue for damages, since Dominion put him in this bind to begin with.

Nah. He’s screwed and they’ll do what they can to minimize it, but he caused his own problems. His lawyers didn’t let it happen, he walked willingly into the fire. As long as he pays his bills his lawyers will spew their bullshit and won’t lose a wink of sleep.

This will be a jury trial right? If so, his Costanza defense is all he needs. There’s going to be 2 or 3 Trumpers on the jury regardless of where the trial is held. Minnesota would be a tough place to convict him because of the jobs he’s created in Minnesota and his unique success story.
Personally, I hope he loses and ends up broke and indebted.

So he made money selling schlocky pillows at a price he claims is a discount but it’s the regular price and he got hit with a huge lawsuit for running his big mouth and he responds that he’s an ex-addict who lost $65 million running his big mouth and that’s a defense somehow? Huh.
Look, Mike, I’m not a lawyer, but as a person to whom this was important information professionally I can tell you if you can’t prove the stuff you said you have a problem and need to think about settling. Keeping on running your mouth won’t help. That’s what got you in trouble in the first place.
