Yes Russia illegally grabbed Crimea, and now wants a slice of Eastern Ukraine, but the Trumpers who gnash their teeth and wail about the US maintaining it’s sovereignty has no compunction to let Trump get away with extorting Ukraine for political dirt on a rival.

She raked Morrison over the coals for his stupid assertion that he went to legal to report his concern about locking down a call that he claims he saw nothing wrong with. She asked him to identify his concerns and he couldn’t. From that point on your boy was sweating blood…

Some of my colleagues’ recollections of conversations and interactions may differ from mine, but I do not view those differences as the result of an untoward purpose.
Awfully good of Morrison to smear some lipstick on Trumpers’ flagrant lying as he heads for the exit. I don’t expect to see much more of that, not until it’s Mulvaney or the kids in the hotseat. The rest of them will demonstrate the “devil take the hindmost” attitude of their masters’ hollow worldview. Thus always with the corrupt.
Rats on a ship with a hole in it. It’s not sinking – yet. But I never saw a rat who was a carpenter.
May I recommend instead:

Yeah. It’s easy to see his attempt to blanket himself in the warm comfort of being mostly concerned with helping people he helped oppose helping. He shouldn’t try for the concerned, noble warrior role. It doesn’t fit him or his actions. And then he topped it off with the ever-popular “focus” line: don’t investigate corruption because it will make you lose focus on doing the important stuff!
