Pillow magnate and election denier Mike Lindell, who is also the Trump-endorsed Republican gubernatorial candidate in Minnesota, is reportedly not even registered to vote in Minnesota. Lindell, however, disputes this, telling TPM it’s simply “fake news.” As the Minnesota Star Tribune reported Friday, Lindell has an active voter registration in Texas. Lindell confirmed in a…
So frustrated with the clowns in MN. I grew up in Bachmann’s (Now Emmer’s) district.
If when they did that, they showed citizenship affirming documentation, as I said, like a U.S. passport or birth certificate
I think I see the problem right there. If he had brought one of those documents and registered to vote, surely he would be on the voter database that the Star Tribune consulted. The database would reflect changes made in September 2025.
The damn slip-of-paper expired in January. (Is he still using drugs or believes everyone else is?)
And that would explain why it was a “temporary” DL, that expired a few months later. Kind of like a provisional ballot. Have to do something more to make it complete
“You can register same-day here in Minnesota,” he said. “So if there is a problem at the state level, I can still register the day that I vote, and obviously I’m going to vote for myself.”
He’s right. We have same-day registration in MN.
But you have to have proof of residency. If his DL is expired, no es bueno.
He moved back to Minnesota in 2025, he said, to begin his gubernatorial run.
“It’s ‘GOOBERnatorial!’”
Mike Lindell doesn’t present well. /s
OK Mike just tell us where your polling place is, that should not be to hard to answer.
How the heck does a temporary driver’s license work? Why does that exist and what is it for?
We don’t have those here in FL as far as I know. It’s either a full driver’s license when you move here from out of state with the documents to establish residency, or nothing. I was automatically registered to vote at the DMV office when I switched from my WA driver’s license to FL after we moved here.
Maybe temp until the one with the Photo and Real ID symbol shows up in the USPS?
Well, that explains things. It is stuck somewhere within the USPS. Maybe the undeliverable mail bin.
He got a temp and probably told that he has to come back with proper documentation but he is probably hard of hearing. (or he didn’t wear his hearing aides.)
Considering Diarrhea Don’s one-time expert on voter fraud, Gregg Phillips, can be listed on the voter rolls in Alabama, Texas and Mississippi simultaneously, and former chief of staff Mark Meadows can be registered in North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina, eventually voting in North Carolina while living in Virginia; and Senate intellectual titan Tommy Tuberville can live on the Redneck Riviera in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida while voting in and representing Alabama, Lindell’s voter registration confusion is more norm than anomaly. Guardians Of Predators candidates are nothing if not flexible.
I’m sure he votes by mail, just like the 2026 FIFA World Cup winner.*
*According to photos … and photos don’t lie.
If you’ve ever had to deal with the DMV office in most places, it’s the kind of thing where you’d do anything to avoid having to come back a second time. Maybe he doesn’t drive and that’s why he had trouble transferring a DL from another state?
As much a drug-addled lunatic as ever.
Did he kill someone as a child, too, like that R-Guy in CO?
That could help his chances to overcome his Pillow-Guy/Trump-Suckup reputation.
When I got my license in December in MN, they handed it over immediately and it was a permanent one.
Please don’t show him in a Speedo.
Nice.
Not the system in CA.
CA (I believe) issues a temp paper driver’s license for 30-60 days (don’t quote me, it’s been a long time) until the permanent hard card license comes in the mail: you gotta show something to legally drive.
