Now Michael Reagan — Ronald Reagan’s son — has recorded a video for the Gingrich campaign explaining his support for the former Speaker. Newt Gingrich was there for the “Reagan Revolution” in the 1980s, took the House in the 1990s, and balanced the budget, Reagan explains. He continues that he can’t understand why conservatives today are “pushing him down,” but he’s supporting Newt Gingrich because “I know he’s the right man for the presidency in this time.”
