Maybe Rick Wilson’s prognostications were premature.

“Alexander has said that the rally at the ellipse intended for people to go to his rally by the Capitol, though the permit stated that his Capitol rally expected only 50 people to show.”

What does this sentence mean? Seems like there’s some missing words.

Glad the Committee is going to question these people under oath.

I hate waiting when there are virtual mountains of criminality associated with the former guy. Why is he treated like he is beyond any law? His treatment makes law and legal consequences meaningless considering he is utterly legally ignored and has never been made to suffer his comeuppance.

“Ali Alexander is a right-wing activist. Alexander, who also goes by Ali Akbar, is known for promoting outlandish conspiracy theories…”

Ali Alexander is the Orly Taitz of Jacob Wohls.

I assume (not the best idea, ever) that someone is getting his or her ducks lined up. A near miss is not acceptable.

On the other hand, maybe it’s just not duck season yet.

Ali Alexander looks like he is hiding out in Branson, MO. doing his Sammy Davis Jr. tribute act.

He is a guy facing an expectation he might have to actually work for a living and his on the job training might include making license plates.

I think that the Committee should take forceful action–right away–to enforce its subpoenas in light of Trump’s lawyers’ ludicrous advice to Bannon, Meadows, and others to ignore their subpoenas based on “executive privilege.” The proper way to contest a subpoena is to file and argue a motion to quash it, not ignore it. In my view, these subpoenas will go nowhere unless the Committee sends the Sergeant of Arms to take Bannon et al into custody if they fail to appear and/or fail to produce the documents sought on the appointed day and time. The onus should be on these people to demonstrate why they should not comply with congressional subpoenas, not on Congress to demonstrate why they should.

HOLY FUCK!!! What is wrong with these people?!?!?
Never mind the new crop of subpoenas. Whatcha gonna do about the Bannons and the Mark Meadows??!?! ARREST THE FUCKERS!! That’s why you issue the things in the first place, right?
Am I missing something here?
These assholes actively plotted/are plotting the overthrow of our democracy and NO ONE has sent the Federal Marshals to frogmarch these guys into the back of black SUV’s yet?!??!
Dems need to grow a pair. Fuck comity.

What about Jeffrey Clark? Isn’t he going to be subpoenaed? One never knows what he’ll say under oath, until he’s under oath.
