Folks, we have the smoking gun. We have the fingerprints. We have motive. We have opportunity. We have an admission by CoS that there was a quid pro quo. We have a “transcript” of the Ukraine call where the White House admits Trump said there must be a “favor”. We have Sondland admitting there was a quid pro quo. Volker admits it. The entire fucking world knows what Trump did. And people are still acting as if this is some stretch to impeach this lawless, clueless, soulless scum who’s fouling our nation every minute of every day. Mitch “The Bitch” McConnell then says the Senate won’t remove this malignant tumor.

Moscow Mitch is letting Democratic front-runners, Warren and Sanders, know that he will arrange matters so that they will not dare leave the Senate for the campaign trail because political optics would be bad and, even more to the point, he could force a vote on removal when they are out of town.
The Turtle is a venally corrupt, reactionary swine but no one knows how to play inside political hardball better. Given a choice between wishing a massive stroke for Combover Caligula or Moscow Mitch I’d choose the latter w/o hesitation.

Unfortunately Bevin is creeping up, Beshear only 1 percentage point ahead now. He might runout the clock. Ten to 1 Bevin demands a recount.

Sounds like someone’s nervous and trying to make it seem otherwise. How many times has he said one way or another that this is a waste of time and it’ll be over lickety-split? You don’t do that if you’re confident of your preferred outcome.
I imagine that he’s also nervous about KY’s governorship likely going Dem. Right now on CNN it’s 49.5% to 48.5% with 95% of the vote in.
Perhaps we should call him KY Jelly.

With 96% in, a few rural red counties (Bevin starting to eat into Beshear’s lead) and a section of a blue county to weigh in. It’s not over. Might end up in a runoff. We’ll see. Kentuckyians deserve better than they’re getting. If they could only refrain from the self harm. Can’t understand why folks would vote for an asshole like Bevin.

97% in Bashear ahead by .7%. Fingers crossed. Some outlets are projecting that Bevin will win by around 3k votes based on remaining county demographics — rural, white. Conservative. Recount/runoff looks really likely. MS is a lost cause.
99% Beshear ahead by 11K votes.

MSNBC has it at 49.4% to 48.6% Beshear with 99% in. I doubt the numbers are there for Bevin to win, at least not without at least one recount, which of course we’ll get and which given how close is merited.
Total votes with 99% in is 1,397,199 with Beshear up by 10k. So there’s around 14k votes uncounted, and they’d have to break massively Bevin’s way for him to win. I don’t see it.
However this ends, KY’s senate contingent suck toe cheese.
