The Republican party’s addition to Trump reminds me of the Robert Downey Jr.'s quote about trying to quit drugs:
“It’s like I’ve got a shotgun in my mouth, with my finger on the trigger, and I like the taste of the gun metal”
(works on 2 levels since Republicans love guns too) But, the difference between him and the Republicans is that he appears to be a generally good person who was able to sober up and who makes entertaining movies.
