Unless Weisselberg is a complete dumbass, he knows that DFG is not ‘good for it’ and got his payment up front. In which case at this point he should be a free agent. He’s 75, he could live to be 90 if he doesn’t spend the next 15 in Ossining or Dannemora.

Weaselberg is doing ok. He sits on his ass all day, warm and dry, free food and Trumpf is still paying him about $15 grand a week. Not bad, about $225K for his 100 days or so. I’d do 100 in Rikers for that kind of payday.
