Can concur with observation. Maybe instead of 40 million pages of rules with all sorts of nuances and subjectivity, they could cut back on that and make a more consolidated rulebook of more objective rules?

Back when Limberg was first hitting it big there was all this talk about how liberals just weren’t funny. This thought dominated until Al Franken’s “Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot”. I felt he masterfully used Limberg’s techniques against him.
