Oooh, that looks good…and caramel and balsamic really do go well together, especially if you’re using the good balsamic that’s gotten all syrupy from age haha
King Oscar, no doubt. I grew up with this stuff. Jarred herring too.
But I didn’t think Wasa had the thins back when. I thought they only had the flatbread with the dimples like hardtack.

Several years back my wife and I tried a balsamic gelato for dessert at an Italian restaurant in the East Bay. Only time we ever saw or heard of it. A couple years ago I thought about it again and started searching for it in earnest. It turns out it’s made by these guys:
While the caramel balsamic is my favorite, they have a lot of other great flavors. And my local grocer carries most of them.

Between now and November there will be multiple outrages that the righties will get hysterical about. They will be shouting about how awful Biden is no matter what he does. But keep in mind that the base (otherwise known as the ignorant MAGATs ) is shrinking day by day, and they started out at about 35%.
They are loud and obnoxious and they are easily triggered by their rightwing media talkers, but they really only have control of 30% or less of the vote.

Vinegar? If you like balsamic vinegar, you should treat yourself to the Sichuan Chinese version – Baoning vinegar aged 10 years, available from the Mala Market online. Seriously dark and complex, not overly acidic. There are other good Chinese aged vinegars but I really like this one.
