I thought you were in WA state.
NY had about 2-3 cases 8-9 days ago and now over 1000 but they had that hot spot. The one here is a 69 yr old male, with no known connection to any other positive case. Private residence.

Gā€™burg used to be a rather pleasant and architecturally interesting vacation spot.
It had a look all its own.

But the greedy types tore down a lot of the historically important and architecturally notable buildings to replace them with bigger and more anonymous trash to soak the rubes on vacation.

I avoid it like the plagueā€”but I do go to the GSMNP regularly in warm weather. I just go through Townsend (near Blackberry Farm) to enter the park, so that I never have to go through Gatlinburg.
