Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) finally weighed in on his damning text messages to former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows in the weeks leading up to the deadly Capitol insurrection last year.
Mike Lee has been caught lying to the news media and his constituents. Mike Lee is unAmerican and failed to uphold his oath of office. Mike Lee is a traitor, he should be tried and executed.
I note that this interview seems to omit any mention of how Lee said he was working 14 hours a day to overturn the election. That seems to argue against his “Meadows is an old friend” argument, doesn’t it?

It’s fine to go after Lee, because maybe there’s more he’s not telling.

Lee ran from that reporter faster than Omicron spread at the Provo Red Lobster.
“It was just old-boy gym talk,” Lee explained.
So Lee was like a child playing with a loaded gun. He didn’t know Meadows would go off and tell Trump to steal the election with Powell’s and Eastman’s help. It’s all a big misunderstanding. He was just joshing.

Lee ran away more as an expression of needing more time to answer unanswerable** questions than anything else.
My brother and I used to do the same thing when we were in trouble with our parents.
But both of us stopped having to do that when we grew up and moved into our own residences.

But his constituents knew that when he voted for him, Why? He has an “R” next to his name.
