Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) said that he plans vote to remove Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from her assigned committees unless she offers a public apology.
While his politics are not mine, I like his balls.

Maybe some wavering voters, especially indies if there are some, will respect his courageous stand. He’s an underdog here, and everyone loves the underdog.

I maintain that this is going to be an indication of McCarthy’s strength as the minority leader. Depending on how many vote against Greene, McCarthy could very well go down with her (and don’t get sexual by amending my preposition!!!).
I think he’s correct in assuming that his political career is done. Courageous stands aren’t something that are rewarded by the GOP nowadays.

“I didn’t hear an apology personally,” Kinzinger said of Greene’s remarks during a closed-door House GOP conference meeting on Wednesday night.
Confirmed what we all suspected, Greene likely gave one of those “sorry that you are offended” non-apologies to the House GOP caucus.
Remains to be seen, especially if dems can actually get some needed policies and job creation and covid mitigation enacted.
He probably likes them better more than you do.

She should go to the well and repent and explain her views and tell why she will never say things like that again. Please spare us governor .

In your comment, you placed the word “brave” in quotes, refer to Republicans as “Rethugs” and generalize that “most are just despicable idiots”. You and Marjorie Taylor Greene are more similar than you realize. You both denigrate those whom you view as “The Other”.
Kinzinger has principles, McCarthy has none.
