Powell will be justified in staying on the board for the rest of his term. Believing that Trump’s DoJ won’t go after him is like believing in the tooth fairy.
Powell needs to control the Fed from the cheap seats as long as he can. Warsh just gets one vote - his own.
Powell should decide who the rest of the Governor’s support - Trump or We the People.
