This is a real problem for Trump and if he caves, kisses and makes up with Kemp and especially Raffensperger who basically ratted Trump out to the Feds, it will seriously hurt Trump’s ability to control the Republican Party. If on the other hand he does not cave and holds his ground, it will likely elect Stacy Abrams.
If I were Trump I would hold my ground and let the Republicans try and win without him as a warning to all others that if they cross me, they are destroyed. If he does not and supports those who defied him and especially he who actually turned Trump over the Feds, he will lose both his ability to destroy the Republican Party and with it his control over it.

If Kemp and Raff go on to lose their elections he’ll certainly claim they lost because they defied him. If Walker loses too he’ll blame Kemp and Co. for that too if he’s not already pissed at Walker for something else. If the GOP does poorly overall this year he’ll blame them for not having stopped the steal. If they do great he’ll say it was because he held rallies for them. Either way he’ll take full credit for whatever happens.

Aside from its attempts to lionize James Comey as a dutiful, honest broker beholden to the law, Netflix has a series called The Comey Rule. Brenden Gleeson plays Trump. It’s the most accurate portrayal of him, yet. Gleeson nails it. If for no other reason, he makes it worth watching. You see how broken, and what a piece of sh!t, Trump is. Good watch. Well acted and written.
