The case I know of they had a group of teenage boys fake signatures off the voter roll. They got scared, talked fast. I never did find out what happened after the DA went after these people. I had moved away from the community by then. With West, these folks are so goddamned brazen they just don’t give a shit. Reckless and brazen.

Work expands to fill the time allotted to it.
I used to be involved in Federal government contract disputes, and you simply wouldn’t believe the number of high-powered firms that ended up in stupid arguments about whether they’d submitted their bids on time. They were forever dashing in the door at the last possible second, and then blaming the sluggish elevators for their failure to make it on time.
