In an expected move, the Justice Department’s number two official said federal prosectors wouldn’t bring a case against their boss, Attorney General Eric Holder. The House voted to find Holder in contempt of Congress yesterday for not turning over documents related to the botched ATF operation known as Fast and Furious.
