How many people have been murdered by doctors and nurses in hospitals over the years, some mass murderers and shit and nobody catches on?

Ain’t like it’s that tough to make it look generally natural, and she had been sick.

Funny, I thought conservatives were furious whenever judges created new rules that weren’t written in legislation…something about judicial activism and legislating from the bench as I recall.

Wait a minute…we’re receiving word that conservative complaints are only valid for judges who rule against them, any ruling their way is just fine no matter how it tramples the law or Constitution. So, rewriting the VRA, a law passed in the face of violence and laws meant to keep Blacks from voting to make it easier for everyone to vote, to make it harder to vote is just fine with conservatives.

So, there you have it…now let’s hear from Ted about the weekend weather, should be a hot one.

Time to pack this fucking court to the max. Screw Robert’s and his supposed legacy. But then he did that a few years ago.

Oh, he’s got his legacy. It’s just that it’s more Dred Scott vice Brown v. Board of Education.

Fine. Pass a new law.

Change the Senate. Change the world.

I hear Manchin has been shouting that to the roof tops!

Great article. Thanks!

Serving on the Supreme Court today is akin to being a rock star, maybe even a monarch. You’re wined and dined and flown around the world. An entire segment of the population hangs on your every word, and entire segments of the population are impacted by your every keystroke. It’s a different job, and we’re a different country.

Originally wink wink serving on the Supreme Court was so arduous, appointments couldn’t wait to leave.

We need that originalism. Change!

“If by a “Liberal” they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people-their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights and their civil liberties - someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a “Liberal,” then I’m proud to say I’m a "Liberal.” – John F. Kennedy, from Profiles in Courage

We ait expanding the court (the Republicans gotta do it first), so why not use the ‘reset button’?

"In other words, after a justice serves a reasonable amount of time on the high court — not 30 or 35 years, as has become the norm — she could continue to serve for as long as she wanted elsewhere in the judiciary. "

I like this. It’s not career government. It’s like the military — after a time, you can’t lead a charge up the hill, but you get your choice of assignments. Anywhere you want to work and train. No confirmation process.

We get the benefit of a better trained and operating judiciary.
It seems a mite slow in this Age. ; - )

For the Court alone, Hillary should have been a shoo-in.
