Somehow, I think there may be more coming. Let’s hope it’s soon. The republican propaganda machine has proven to be extremely effective and I’m not sure our Republic can withstand it much longer. Too many people believe these goobers.
I wonder what other investigations are happening at DOJ. Seems Manafort was caught unawares that his Passport had been revoked. I wonder how many others have been revoked, too.

Appealing a criminal sentence does not mean the defendant doesn’t have to start serving the sentence. He may or may not win a motion to stay out pending appeal (but it’s California and the 9th Circuit, so don’t count on a sympathetic court to spring him).
ETA: And he hasn’t been sentenced yet. That won’t happen for a couple months or so.

He eventually will be going to a federal penitentiary for felony convictions
He will not get a special consideration to let him set his own schedule… block out his time for meetings and congressional committee hearings … he’s going to prison … not house arrest!.. but then again … maybe he can come up with some fake reason to get it converted to custody in a half way house.
